Using an electronic device to harm another is considered CyberBullying. Someone can send uncomfortable, harassing or threatening messages. These messages can be sent in many forms or at anytime with digital devices. Text messages, IM, posts on social networking sites, memes, videos, and pictures can all be used to bully others.
If you experience cyber bullying. Remember to Save it, Report it, and Block that person.
